7152,00

A beautiful modernistic pair of Finnish mid-century ceiling lamps model 103/5 by Itsu, one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Finland. The lamps feature a brass and metal body in their original condition with opaline glass shades. Each lamp has five light bases pointing downwards casting an even warm light on the interior below. Both fixtures stamped “Itsu”, by the manufacturer.

The lamps are quite nice and as a pair can be situated in larger rooms or over long dinning tables or long hallways.

Itsu was one of the leading light fixture manufacturing companies and a daughter company of Idman. Along with companies like Taito Oy, Idman and Orno they defined what Finnish design lamps would become. Itsu made high quality lamps and produced lamps for major projects, including some of Alvar Aalto’s projects like the Aalto University.
