Kallion Antiikki Oy, 1640428-8, is a Finnish company registered in the Finnish Trade Register and subject to value-added tax.

Kallion Antiikki Oy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Personal Data Act when processing personal data. Customer information is stored in password-protected systems. Below is the privacy statement. We collect personal data for the purpose of managing customer relationships, which is stored in Kallion Antiikki Oy’s customer register.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the contract between the customer and Kallion Antiikki Oy and the resulting statutory obligations, as well as information related to the customer’s contact request or appointment.

The purpose of the register is to maintain Kallion Antiikki Oy’s customer register, manage customer relationships, carry out marketing, deliver products and services. The information may also be used for the development of Kallion Antiikki Oy’s operations, marketing, statistical purposes, and to produce more personalized and targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits allowed and required by the Personal Data Act.

Some of the data in the register is stored on the servers of a partner due to technical requirements. The personal register may contain the following information:

  • Contact details of the customer (first name, last name, company, email address and/or phone number)

  • Message and/or products submitted through the contact form

The register contains only the information provided voluntarily by the user when using the website. The customer register data is used exclusively by Kallion Antiikki Oy, except when Kallion Antiikki Oy uses an external service provider to deliver an added-value service.

Information is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union unless necessary to ensure the technical implementation by Kallion Antiikki Oy or its partner.

The registered person’s data will be deleted upon request, unless legislation prevents the deletion. Deletion requests must be submitted in writing and signed, addressed to the data controller.

According to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, customers have the right to inspect what personal data concerning them has been stored in the register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to the data controller’s address. The register is located on a password-protected service.
