A beautiful three-light floor lamp by G. Holman from the 1950s, combining brass, black metal and decorated opaline glass. Three slender stems rise from a circular brass base at staggered heights, joined by a brass ring that adds a distinctive detail to the open, sculptural design.
Each light features an adjustable gooseneck and an elongated opaline glass shade decorated with fine, intersecting black lines. The flexible necks allow the shades to be directed individually, while the glass provides a soft glow when illuminated. Small switches are positioned on the conical brass shade holders.
The lamp remains in its original condition, with pronounced patina, spotting and surface wear, particularly on the brass base and fittings. These signs of age give the lamp a strong vintage character. Please refer to the photographs for details. Stamped to the bottom.
An elegant and practical piece beside a sofa or armchair, bringing warmth and a graceful silhouette to both mid-century and contemporary interiors.
At the moment we have another G. Holman floor lamp with two lights. Please see photos.
