A 1930s Art Deco table model 149 and named ‘Siro’ (Petite or graceful in English). The table was produced by Asko and most probably designed by Harald Honkanen who is documented as the designer of the other pieces in the ‘siro’ series. A light geometrically built coffee table, or as it is called in the 1930s drawings ‘cigarette table’. Consists of a table top in flamed birch with black stained curving birch legs ending with four ball feet. A modernistic art deco piece from a time when classical furniture was dominant.
The table is stamped Asko at the bottom.
