Hans-Agne Jakobsson Brass Wall Lamp Model. V-149/2

A beautiful wall lamp model V-149/2 designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson and manufatured by his own company in Markaryd Sweden in the 1960s-70s. Featuring a beautiful patinated brass frame and two very big and distinct smoked glass shades. This piece is certainly a prime example of Mid-Century Scandinavian design. The combination of brass and translucent glass, along with the arrengement of the light bases gives an even distribution of warm light across the surrounding space creating a cosy visual effect.
