A beautiful vintage example of the iconic Model 332 wall lamp, designed by Erik Hansen for Le Klint in 1952. Commonly referred to as the “Sax” or scissor lamp, this enduring Danish design is celebrated for its elegant functionality and timeless aesthetic.

Crafted in beech wood, the adjustable accordion arm allows for flexible positioning, making it an ideal reading light beside a bed or sofa. The lamp is fitted with a white linen shade of a later production, complementing the warmth of the wood.

Danish designer Erik Hansen (1916–1982) served as chief engineer for Le Klint and is best known for this classic Sax lamp design, which has become a hallmark of Scandinavian lighting.

Le Klint itself is renowned for its long tradition of craftsmanship, particularly its hand-folded pleated shades, and remains an icon of Danish design heritage. A true staple of mid-century Danish design, this piece brings both sculptural character and practical versatility to any interior.
