Lea Nevanlinna Oval Teak Coffee Table with Tripod Leg, 1950s

1720,00

A beautiful teak coffee table from the 1950s. This table resembles the simplicity that most Finnish designers identified with in their minimalistic designs of the 1930s-1970s. Nothing but the essential elements that are needed for a coffee table without the huss and fuss of complicating unnecessary editions. The look is almost organic, as if the table leg is an extention of nature, like a tree branch.
The table top is removable without the need of any tools as well. So the table can be stored in a smaller area if needed.

Lea Nevanlinna was an interior architect that had a few furniture designs. She was a member of the society of decorative artists in Finland Ornamo.
