Standing an impressive 60 cm tall, the lamp combines clean modernist lines with the warmth of natural teak and the refined sheen of nickel-plated brass, resulting in a design that is both elegant and highly functional.

The lamp features a beautifully balanced cylindrical form with a solid teak stem framed by slender nickel-plated brass elements. Its original shade has been newly covered in a woven red textile whose subtle checkered texture creates a warm, atmospheric glow when illuminated. The shade is height-adjustable by means of the original knurled locking screw, allowing the light to be positioned according to the desired ambience or task.

The restrained combination of teak, metal, and textile reflects the Scandinavian design philosophy of the 1950s, where simplicity, craftsmanship, and practicality were brought together without sacrificing elegance.
