Paavo Tynell Art Deco Pendant 1601, Nikkled Brass & Opaline Glass

A beautiful art deco Paavo Tynell lamp in nikkled brass with a cream colour wavy surfaced opaline glass shade. The lamp model is 1601 featured in one of the 1930s catalogues. Perfect for kitchens, small spaces or as a side lamp. According to the catalogue, the model was available with different shades ranging from 16cm upwards. This has a diameter or 18cm. The lamp came to us from the ` Ilveslinna` building in central Finland which had all lights by Paavo Tynell.
