Pair of Vintage Finnish Design Scones, Brass & Glass Flower Bud Shades, 1970s

A beautiful pair of adjustable wall lamps by Turun Valaisin valmiste, Finland. The scones are crafted from solid brass and adorned with beige / champagne, flower bud-shaped mouth-blown glass shades. These exquisite scones originate from the second half of the 20th century, most likely the 1970s-80s, yet they beautifully capture the romantic, organic forms of 1950s Finnish lighting design.

The elegant gooseneck design allows for effortless adjustability of the light source, making them perfectly suited for focused illumination as bedside reading lamps or for creating a soft, ambient glow in a living room or hallway. Each lamp remains in good original condition and carries the manufacturers stamp. The shades are from an earlier date, around 1950s-60s.

These absolute beauties are a testament to timeless Scandinavian design, blending sculptural form with practical functionality. They are ready to bring a touch of warm, vintage charm to any refined interior.
