Scandinavian Modern Chest of Drawers in Birch, Finland 1950s

A 1950s Modernist Finnish chest of drawers in solid birch and veneer. The design is simple and reflects the modernist movement that took over the Finnish Design school from the 1940s onward. Somehow it has reseblance to Alvar and Aino Aalto furniture both in lines, functionality, style and materials. This size is suitable for any room really, being it a bedroom, kitchen, corridor, a hallway or a dining room.

This chest of drawers is in good original condition. The keys are missing.
