An elegant Scandinavian pendant lamp from the 1960s-70s, most likely of Swedish origin, combining warm teak, a unique Tiffany mosaic like plexiglass pieces in resin making a gorgeous diffuser on all sides, combined with refined brass parts and accents. The elongated rectangular form gives the lamp a calm architectural presence, making it particularly well suited for placement above a dinning table or kitchen island where it provides an even, atmospheric light while the mosaic colourful diffuser adds a lively and unique character to the fixture.
The teak frame is beautifully proportioned and enriched by the subtle brass elements that add a quiet sense of contrast and craftsmanship. The colourful diffuser softens the light source, allowing the lamp to cast a warm and inviting glow without glare, while the colourful detailing introduces a character and charm to the design.
The pendant has two light sources and is fully functional. The height can be easily adjustable by changing the electric cords to longer ones. The overall condition is good, with minor signs of age consistent with a piece from this period.
A timeless nordic vintage design that balances material warmth with clean geometry, ideal for classic, contemporary or mixed interiors.
