7 Pieces of Untouched Lisa Johansson-Papé Wall Lamp 140-015, Chrome, Orno 1970s

An outdoor / Indoor wall lamp designed by Lisa Johansson-Pape and manufactured by Orno Oy, in the 1970s-80s in Finland. In fully original condition with almost no wear or tear as if the lamps have not been used at all. A slight patina only that would come naturally without even being in use. All lamps are stamped by the manufacturer “Orno” and model number. This lamp is a great addition to any outdoor setting such as a backyard, garden, terrace etc. or any indoor setting.

Lisa Johansson-Pape (1907-1989) was a Finnish designer best known for her works in lightings. She paid more attention to the function of the lamp firstly, then the design feature secondly. Lisa designed furniture for Stockmann for a number of years, after which she turned her attention to lamps, also at the Stockmann owned company Orno Oy. She won a number of medals for her lighting designs in the Milan Triennials in the 1950s.
