Mid-Century Modern Flushmount Model 27103, Brass & Opaline Glass, Valinte 1960s

A minimal and modern Finnish design flush mount model 27103 manufactured by Valinte in Finland in the 1960s. Truly one of the nicest and most impressive Valinte lamps we have acquired. Due to it’s low height, the lamp works best for low ceiling spaces but will surely look as good in any kind of space. A brilliant minimal clean design with a glass diffuser held by three brass arms in floating elegance. The body of the lamp is in white with a brass base. The lamp is stamped Valinte. A prime example of Finnish mid century design, simple and functional yet elegant. The item is in very good and original condition. Rarely does such a delicate lamp style remain in such good condition after being used for 60 years or so. One of the screws changed at one point. Does not affect function and is invisible when in use.
