Mid-Century Teak Nesting Tables, Finland or Denmark, 1950s. This sleek and refined set of mid-century teak nesting tables consists of three beautifully proportioned tables. Crafted in warm, honey-toned teak with clean lines and minimal ornamentation, they embody the understated elegance typical of Nordic modernism.
The set includes three tables in graduating sizes: Large: 53.5 × 40.5 cm Medium: 44.5 × 37 cm Small: 36.5 × 33.5 cm Height of all: 52 cm
The tables slide neatly beneath one another, making them ideal for compact spaces or for flexible use in living rooms, reading corners, or alongside lounge seating. The manufacturer remains unknown, though the construction quality and design language strongly suggest a Finnish origin—possibly Keravan Puusepäntehdas for Stockmann—and Danish production remains equally plausible. The craftsmanship, joinery, and choice of materials are fully consistent with high-quality Nordic woodworking of the period. The set is in good vintage condition, showing very light wear consistent with age and use. A timeless and functional addition to any mid-century–inspired interior.
