Mid-Century Modern Floral Brass Ceiling Lamp Model ER 77/3, Itsu Finland 1950s

A stunning and delicate Finnish mid-century floral ceiling lamp model ER 77/3 by Itsu, one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Finland. The lamp is in beautiful condition with original opaline glass shades. The lamp features three light sources in champagne coloured hand blown glass shades surrounded by brass floral decorations in the style of Paavo Tynell. A stunning combination mimicing a flower bouquet and adding a sensational feel to any interior it is in.

Itsu was one of the leading light fixture manufacturing companies and a daughter company of Idman. Along with companies like Taito Oy, Idman and Orno they defined what Finnish design lamps would become. Itsu made high quality lamps and produced lamps for major projects, including some of Alvar Aalto’s projects like the Aalto University.
